We are pleased to offer for sale the CoCo Key Water Resort, a-280 room interior corridor resort and convention center built in 1970 and renovated in 2008 and located in Waterbury, CT.

The Hotel is situated off of Interstate 84 and in between Interstate 91 and Connecticut Route 8. Interstate 91 runs through north and south New England and provides easy access to New Haven and Hartford, while Route 8 provides easy access to Bridgeport Connecticut.
